The 2nd Conference for Students and Teachers, entitled ‘The Psyche in the Spotlight’, was organised by Poznań University of Physical Education and Poznań University of Medical Sciences. The event took place on 12 December at the PUMS Congress and Teaching Centre.

This training conference was open to students of all disciplines, academic staff, and administrative personnel supporting the student services. Anyone interested could participate.

In view of the growing number of challenges related to mental health and difficulties in managing emotions, the organisers created a space for discussion about support, prevention, and effective ways of promoting and carying for mental well-being.

The event featured inspiring lectures and practical workshops. Teachers were offered classes on how to effectively support students, while students were offered workshops on techniques for coping with stress in everyday situations.

The conference was held under the patronage of the rectors of both universities, Prof. Jacek Zieliński and Prof. Zbigniew Krasiński.
