Application forms
The application forms should be filled in electronically to ensure legibility. Then a signed and stamped form has to be accepted by the Incoming Students Coordinator (email address: daria.luc-werakso@awf.poznan.pl)
Learning Agreement
The Learning Agreement is a mandatory document and must be completed in OLA via: https://learning-agreement.eu/. All signatures are provided digitally.Before filling in the document, please consult the Information Sheet above. If you need more information about the OLA, please visit: https://learning-agreement.eu/faq. A paper version of the Learning Agreement may be used ONLY by universities that do not have access to the EWP Dashboard.

CAN I USE AWF SPORT FACILITIES FOR MY TRAININGS?
Please note, that although the Poznan University of Physical Education offers a wide range of sports facilities, they are primarily dedicated to the educational process and the training of our students.
Due to their intensive use throughout the academic year, it is unfortunately not possible to make them available for general recreational purposes. Additionally, for safety reasons, the use of professional sports equipment requires appropriate supervision and adherence to specific precautionary measures, which cannot be guaranteed outside of scheduled class hours.
Incoming Erasmus students who wish to engage in sports activities during their stay in Poznań are encouraged to explore the many commercial gyms and fitness centres available across the city, many of which offer attractive student discounts.
Alternatively, we recommend contacting an ESN Buddy prior to your arrival. They may be able to connect you with local sports groups or communities, allowing you to continue pursuing your sporting interests while studying at AWF.
