🇵🇱 W dniu 26 stycznia 2026 roku, podczas posiedzenia Kolegium Rektorów Miasta Poznania, podpisane zostało porozumienie dotyczące realizacji programu PoDEST (Poznań Doctoral Exchange for Science and Training) – wspólnej inicjatywy na rzecz wymiennego kształcenia doktorantów pomiędzy poznańskimi uczelniami oraz instytutami Polskiej Akademii Nauk.
Zachęcamy do zapoznania się z relacjami dotyczącymi podpisania porozumienia w sprawie programu PoDEST, publikowanymi przez inne poznańskie uczelnie oraz instytuty. Informacje na ten temat pojawiły się m.in. w mediach społecznościowych Uniwersytetu Medycznego im. Karola Marcinkowskiego w Poznaniu, Instytutu Chemii Bioorganicznej Polskiej Akademii Nauk, a także w formie materiałów wideo Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Poznaniu.
Program PoDEST jest inicjatywą środowiska doktoranckiego, zapoczątkowaną po reaktywacji Poznańskiego Porozumienia Doktorantów (PPD) w 2024 roku. PPD zrzesza samorządy doktorantów wszystkich poznańskich uczelni oraz instytutów Polskiej Akademii Nauk, w tym również Akademię Wychowania Fizycznego im. Eugeniusza Piaseckiego w Poznaniu. Podkreśla to udział środowiska doktoranckiego naszej Uczelni w pracach prowadzonych w ramach PPD nad przygotowaniem i wdrożeniem programu.
Prace nad koncepcją, założeniami oraz wdrożeniem programu były konsekwentnie prowadzone przez dwie kolejne kadencje PPD (2024 oraz 2025), a ich zwieńczeniem jest podpisanie porozumienia przez Rektorów uczelni oraz Dyrektorów instytutów PAN. Program PoDEST został zainspirowany funkcjonującym w Poznaniu programem PoMOST dla studentów, od lat stanowiącym przykład skutecznej współpracy międzyuczelnianej. Analogicznie do PoMOST-u, PoDEST tworzy nowe możliwości mobilności edukacyjnej, skierowane bezpośrednio do doktorantów poznańskich szkół doktorskich.
Szczególny wkład w przygotowanie programu miał główny zespół projektowy w składzie:
- prof. dr hab. inż. Alina Dudkowiak – Dyrektor Szkoły Doktorskiej Politechniki Poznańskiej,
- dr Marcin Dokowicz – Pełnomocnik Rektora Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza ds. jakości kształcenia w szkołach doktorskich,
- dr inż. Julia Milewicz – I Wiceprzewodnicząca Poznańskiego Porozumienia Doktorantów (kadencja 2024),
- mgr Mikołaj Roszyk – II Wiceprzewodniczący Poznańskiego Porozumienia Doktorantów (kadencja 2024),
- mgr inż. arch. kraj. Agata Walczak – Przewodnicząca Poznańskiego Porozumienia Doktorantów (kadencje 2024 i 2025).
Na posiedzeniu Kolegium Rektorów Miasta Poznania Poznańskie Porozumienie Doktorantów reprezentował Zarząd PPD kadencji 2024 oraz 2025, podkreślając ciągłość działań oraz długofalowe zaangażowanie środowiska doktoranckiego w rozwój inicjatywy.
Program PoDEST ma na celu stworzenie trwałych ram współpracy międzyuczelnianej w obszarze kształcenia doktorantów, umożliwiając im uczestnictwo w wybranych zajęciach, szkoleniach oraz formach wsparcia realizowanych w innych szkołach doktorskich działających w Poznaniu. Inicjatywa sprzyja podnoszeniu jakości kształcenia, rozwijaniu kompetencji doktorantów oraz wzmacnianiu integracji środowiska akademickiego miasta.
Podpisanie porozumienia stanowi wyraz partnerskiej współpracy pomiędzy środowiskiem doktorantów a władzami rektorskimi poznańskich uczelni oraz instytutów Polskiej Akademii Nauk, a także przykład rozwiązań wypracowywanych wspólnie w ramach współpracy międzyuczelnianej.
Program PoDEST zostanie uruchomiony w najbliższym semestrze i już wkrótce przyniesie wymierne korzyści doktorantom w Poznaniu, stanowiąc nową jakość w obszarze międzyuczelnianego kształcenia na poziomie doktorskim.
🇬🇧 On 26 January 2026, during a meeting of the Conference of Rectors of the City of Poznań, an agreement was signed to implement the PoDEST programme (Poznań Doctoral Exchange for Science and Training) – a joint initiative supporting doctoral exchange education among Poznań universities and institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

PoDEST is an initiative of the doctoral community, launched following the reactivation of the Poznań Agreement of Doctoral Students (PPD) in 2024. PPD brings together doctoral student councils of all Poznań universities and PAS institutes, including the Poznan University of Physical Education. This highlights the involvement of our University’s doctoral community in the work carried out within PPD to prepare and implement the programme.
The programme was developed over two consecutive PPD terms (2024 and 2025), culminating in the formal signing of the agreement by university Rectors and Directors of PAS institutes. Inspired by the long-standing PoMOST programme for students, PoDEST introduces new opportunities for educational mobility, this time dedicated specifically to doctoral students enrolled in Poznań doctoral schools.
A key contribution to the programme’s development was made by the core project team:

- Marcin Dokowicz, PhD – Rector’s Representative for the quality of doctoral education at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań,

- Mikołaj Roszyk, MSc – Second Vice-Chair of PPD (2024 term),
- Agata Walczak, MSc Eng. (Arch., Landscape Arch.) – Chair of PPD (2024 and 2025 terms).
During the meeting of the Conference of Rectors of the City of Poznań, the Poznań Agreement of Doctoral Students was represented by the PPD Boards of the 2024 and 2025 terms, highlighting continuity and sustained engagement of the doctoral community in developing the initiative.
The PoDEST programme aims to establish lasting frameworks for inter-university cooperation in doctoral education, enabling doctoral students to participate in selected courses, training activities, and support schemes offered by other doctoral schools operating in Poznań. The initiative contributes to improving the quality of doctoral education, developing competencies, and strengthening integration within the city’s academic community.
The signing of the agreement reflects partnership-based cooperation between doctoral representatives and academic authorities of Poznań universities and PAS institutes, and stands as an example of solutions developed through inter-university collaboration.
PoDEST will be launched in the upcoming semester and is expected to bring tangible benefits to doctoral students in Poznań, setting a new standard for inter-university doctoral education.
