🇵🇱 21 września 2026 roku odbyło się II Posiedzenie Porozumienia Doktorantów Uczelni Kultury Fizycznej (PDUKF) kadencji 2026. Spotkanie miało formę on-line i zostało przeprowadzone za pośrednictwem platformy Google Meet. Obrady prowadził mgr Jakub Adamczewski, Przewodniczący PDUKF oraz Przewodniczący Samorządu Doktorantów Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego im. Eugeniusza Piaseckiego w Poznaniu (AWF Poznań), a sprawozdanie sporządził mgr Mikołaj Szymocha, Pełnomocnik ds. dokumentacji.

Posiedzenie było kontynuacją działań rozpoczętych podczas pierwszego spotkania Porozumienia. Tym razem skupiono się przede wszystkim na sprawach bieżących, udziale przedstawicieli PDUKF w wydarzeniach ogólnopolskich, organizacji kolejnego posiedzenia oraz dalszej współpracy między uczelniami kultury fizycznej.

Jednym z ważnych punktów spotkania było omówienie zgłoszenia tekstu PDUKF do monografii „20 lat samorządności doktoranckiej w Polsce”. Zgłoszenie zostało przyjęte, a Porozumienie zostanie uwzględnione w publikacji, co stanowi kolejny krok w budowaniu rozpoznawalności PDUKF w środowisku Doktoranckim.

Podczas posiedzenia omówiono również udział przedstawicieli uczelni członkowskich w III Otwartym Posiedzeniu Zarządu Krajowej Reprezentacji Doktorantów (III OPZ KRD), zasady głosowania w konkursie ProDok oraz kwestie organizacyjne związane z udziałem reprezentantów Porozumienia w tym wydarzeniu. Zgodnie ze sprawozdaniem planowany jest udział przedstawicieli pięciu z sześciu uczelni członkowskich, a Akademia Wychowania Fizycznego i Sportu w Gdańsku (AWFiS Gdańsk) ma zostać zarejestrowana na listę rezerwową.

Istotną część obrad poświęcono organizacji III Posiedzenia PDUKF. Potwierdzono przyznanie Porozumieniu finansowania, omówiono podział środków oraz wskazano miejsce kolejnego zjazdu. Spotkanie zaplanowano w Międzygórzu w dniach 6–8 listopada 2026 roku.

W ramach rozmów o współpracy i nadchodzących wydarzeniach przedstawiono także informacje o Dniu Doktoranta w Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego im. Jerzego Kukuczki w Katowicach (AWF Katowice), zaplanowanym na 20–21 października 2026 roku. Wydarzenie będzie miało charakter szkoleniowy i zostanie skierowane do nowych członków samorządów Doktorantów. Zapowiedziano również możliwy udział Przewodniczącego PDUKF, który przedstawi działalność Porozumienia.

Podczas posiedzenia omówiono również zaproszenie Doktoranckiego Forum Uniwersytetów Polskich (DFUP) do udziału we współorganizacji i promocji webinaru poświęconego równowadze między pracą naukową a życiem prywatnym Doktoranta. Informacja została przekazana członkom Porozumienia, a odpowiedź ma zostać udzielona po zebraniu stanowisk.

II Posiedzenie PDUKF pokazało, że Porozumienie przechodzi od etapu organizacyjnego do konkretnych działań, obejmujących reprezentację środowiska Doktoranckiego, współpracę międzyuczelnianą, przygotowanie kolejnych spotkań oraz udział w inicjatywach ogólnopolskich.

🇬🇧 On 21 September 2026, the 2nd Meeting of the Agreement of Doctoral Students of Physical Education Universities (PDUKF) term 2026 was held. The meeting took place online via Google Meet. It was chaired by Jakub Adamczewski, MSc, Chair of PDUKF and Chair of the Doctoral Students’ Council of Poznan University of Physical Education (AWF Poznań), and the report was prepared by Mikołaj Szymocha, MSc, Plenipotentiary for Documentation.

The meeting continued the work initiated during the first meeting of the Agreement. This time, the discussion focused mainly on current matters, the participation of PDUKF representatives in national events, the organisation of the next meeting, and further cooperation between physical education universities.

One of the important points of the meeting was the discussion of the submission of the PDUKF text to the monograph “20 Years of Doctoral Student Self-Governance in Poland”. The submission was accepted, and the Agreement will be included in the publication, which is another step in building the visibility of PDUKF within the Doctoral Community.

The participants also discussed the participation of representatives of member universities in the 3rd Open Meeting of the Board of the National Representation of Doctoral Students (III OPZ KRD), voting rules in the ProDok competition, and organisational matters related to the involvement of PDUKF representatives in this event. According to the report, representatives of five out of six member universities are expected to participate, while Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sport (AWFiS Gdańsk) is to register on the reserve list.

A significant part of the meeting was devoted to the organisation of the 3rd PDUKF Meeting. The Agreement confirmed funding, discussed the allocation of funds, and indicated the venue of the next meeting. The meeting is planned to take place in Międzygórze on 6–8 November 2026.

As part of the discussion on cooperation and upcoming events, information was also presented about Doctoral Students’ Day at the Jerzy Kukuczka Academy of Physical Education in Katowice (AWF Katowice), planned for 20–21 October 2026. The event will have a training character and will be addressed to new members of Doctoral Students’ Councils. The possible participation of the PDUKF Chair, who would present the activities of the Agreement, was also announced.

The meeting also included a discussion of the invitation from the Doctoral Forum of Polish Universities (DFUP) to participate in the co-organisation and promotion of a webinar devoted to work-life balance in doctoral education. The information was shared with the members of the Agreement, and a response will be provided after collecting their positions.

The 2nd PDUKF Meeting showed that the Agreement is moving from the organisational stage to concrete activities, including the representation of the Doctoral Community, interuniversity cooperation, preparation of further meetings, and participation in national initiatives.
