🇵🇱 22 czerwca 2026 roku Samorząd Doktorantów AWF Poznań uczestniczył w posiedzeniu Rady ds. Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego przy Wojewodzie Wielkopolskim, poświęconym m.in. sytuacji, potrzebom oraz perspektywom rozwoju środowiska doktoranckiego w Poznaniu i Wielkopolsce. Podczas posiedzenia przedstawiono działalność doktorantów z poznańskich uczelni i instytutów naukowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli PPD, współpracy międzyuczelnianej, aktywności samorządów doktorantów oraz inicjatyw wspierających rozwój młodych naukowców.
Ważną częścią spotkania była rozmowa o tym, co w środowisku doktoranckim funkcjonuje dobrze, ale także o obszarach wymagających dalszego wsparcia. Poruszono m.in. kwestie finansowania, wsparcia organizacyjnego, mobilności, warunków prowadzenia badań oraz dalszego rozwoju systemu kształcenia doktorantów.
W trakcie posiedzenia przedstawiono również propozycje rozwiązań i rekomendacje dotyczące wzmacniania pozycji doktorantów jako przyszłych kadr naukowych, eksperckich i innowacyjnych regionu. Spotkanie zakończyło się dyskusją, która stworzyła przestrzeń do wymiany perspektyw między przedstawicielami środowiska akademickiego, doktoranckiego oraz administracji publicznej.
Kolejnym etapem będzie przygotowanie i przekazanie raportu dotyczącego sytuacji oraz potrzeb środowiska doktoranckiego do Rady.

🇬🇧 On 22 June 2026, the Doctoral Students’ Council of AWF Poznań took part in a meeting of the Council for Science and Higher Education at the Wielkopolska Governor, devoted, among other topics, to the situation, needs, and development perspectives of the doctoral community in Poznań and the Wielkopolska region. More information about the event has also been published on the websites of the Poznań Agreement of Doctoral Students (PPD) and our University. We encourage you to read the reports.
During the meeting, the activities of doctoral students from Poznań universities and research institutes were presented, with particular attention to the role of PPD, interuniversity cooperation, the work of doctoral students’ councils, and initiatives supporting the development of young researchers.
An important part of the meeting was devoted to areas that function well within the doctoral community, as well as to challenges that require further support. The discussion covered issues such as funding, organisational support, mobility, research conditions, and the further development of doctoral education.
Possible solutions and recommendations were also presented, aiming to strengthen the position of doctoral students as future scientific, expert, and innovative staff of the region. The meeting concluded with a discussion, providing space for the exchange of perspectives between representatives of academia, doctoral students, and public administration.
The next step will be the preparation and submission of a report on the situation and needs of the doctoral community to the Council.
